OHL takes space in ProLogis NorthPark - Houston Business Journal:

This is the 11th lease transactionbetween ProLogis, a Denver-basec developer of industrial facilities, and OHL, a thirc party logistics provider. Brentwood, Tenn.-based OHL occupies abour 2.8 million square feet of distributionb space with ProLogis in variouas locations across theUnited States. The firm handlezs goods for its client s byproviding transportation, warehousing, customs brokerage, freight management and import/export consulting services. ProLogiz NorthPark, located on Interstate 45 nort ofBeltway 8, consists of 500,0090 square feet of space in four buildings. OHL will join otherr tenants in the industrial parkincludingh Anna’s Linens, Proinlosa Energy Corp.
, Cyclone Enterprisezs and Labrada Bodybuilding Nutrition. ProLogis owns 10.9 million squares feet of industrial buildings in Houston with customers such as Mitsubishi Group and Iron MountainbInformation Management. Ross Matthews, first vice president and marketr officer for ProLogisin Houston, says the firm’ local portfolio is 99 percent leasec following the OHL transaction.
